We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
You can pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep – safe and convenient!

1. Lingerie Items → Delivered in Closed Box (privacy maintained).
2. Female Clothing Items → Delivered in Open Box (please check in front of the delivery man).
3. Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka: 3–4 days, Outside Dhaka: 7–10 days.
4. If there is a problem with fit, exchange option is available for Bras/Bralettes within 7 days. Item must be undamaged and in good condition. Extra delivery charge will apply.
5. If a wrong/damaged product is sent, SYNTONIA will bear the delivery charge for the exchange.
6. Panties and Sleepwear cannot be exchanged.

Delivery Charge:

Inside Dhaka: BDT 60, and Outside Dhaka: BDT 110.
